Your professional local tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning. You will head to Sokcho, Gangwon-do, which takes approximately 3 hours from central Seoul. A comfortable air-conditioned vehicle transports you to each attraction on your itinerary.
The tour begins by visiting Mountain Seorak, one of the most famous mountains in South Korea, known for its beautiful scenery and refreshing atmosphere. The mountain is located in national park, home to endangered animals like Asiatic Black Bear (aka. Bandal Gom in Korean) and many other small creatures. You will find a statue of the Asiatic Black Bear at the entrance of hiking trail.
When you walk along the hiking trail, you can visit Zen Buddhism Temple, Shinhuengsa that has big bronze Buddha statue. Soak into the calmest atmosphere that you will never find in the city. After a short hike, you will take a cable car to the Gwonguem Seong, the top of the mountain. If weather permits, at the top of the mountain, you will see the beautiful scenery of Gangwondon.
After spending some time at Mt. Seorak, you will head back to Seoul and get dropped back off at your hotel.
